Pick 3 Pro App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. without limiting the foregoing, we explicitly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment and non-infringement and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We make no warranty that Pick 3 Pro App will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.
We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any of our intellectual property.
To use our Services, you need an iOS Device running iOS 13 or later, Pick 3 Pro App installed on your device and Internet access (fees may apply) to update the draw history for Pick 3 and Pick 4 games in the United States and Canada. Our Services' performance may be affected by these factors.
Pick 3 Pro App does not provide lottery predictions. We make no warranty or claim that you can use Pick 3 Pro App to predict any future lottery events for Pick 3 and Pick 4 games offered in the Unites States or Canada.
